Reiki Healing:

Reiki is a form of alternative medicine developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usi. Since originating in Japan, Reiki has been adapted into various cultural traditions across the world. Reiki is the life force that flows through all living beings, human and animal, through nature and through all matter.  Reiki can be referred to as Universal Life Force, Chi Energy, Cosmic Energy or Divine Energy.

Reiki is a healing modality that channels the "Universal Life Force" to assist healing.  Through the laying of hands on the body;  the body's energy field opens up to receive the energy thus assisting with releasing stagnant or blocked energy.  When you receive Reiki, you receive more life force that ignites your body's own healing powers.  The safe and gentle nature of Reiki assists healing at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

I am a certified Reiki Master and received my certification through the teaching and guidance of Reiki Master Carisa Mellado in Los Feliz, Ca.

I have explored various healing modalities over the years but have found Reiki to be the

most gentle and restorative.

Reiki is wonderful for all kinds of animals.  The healing energy benefits animals who have stress or anxiety including rescue animals who are grieving or feel displaced or confused, elderly animals who need energetic support, and pets with physical ailments.

Reiki is done in the comfort of your own home.  Reiki for pets usually last 15-30 minutes depending on the animal and how much energy they are willing to receive.

Reiki for humans is an hour session and can also be done in the comfort of your own home.
